# Primary Offering

Once the asset is tokenized and compliant, it is introduced to the market for its initial sale:

* **Marketing and Launch:** Following the filing of a Product Placement Memorandum according to local regulations, tokens are marketed to a global investor base.
* **Marketplace Listing:** Tokens are sold through the Equiteez RWA Marketplace or Exchange.
* **Investor Participation:** The platform allows both institutional and retail investors to purchase fractional ownership of the asset, often starting at accessible price points.
* **Settlement:** Initial purchase transactions are settled on the Mavryk Layer 1 blockchain, providing immediate confirmation of ownership.
