# Primary Issuance

Primary Issuance is the initial stage where a real-world asset is identified, legally structured, and digitally represented as tokens on the Mavryk blockchain to be sold to investors. This phase bridges the physical asset with the digital ecosystem by establishing the legal and technical framework required for ownership.
