# Asset Appreciation

### Capital appreciation

Beyond dividend income, RWA tokens offer exposure to long-term asset price appreciation. As the market value of an underlying asset rises, the value of its associated tokens rises proportionally. Gains can be realized at any time by trading tokens on Equiteez' secondary markets, without the legal, operational, or liquidity constraints of transacting physical assets.
